living room before Originally two rooms the living and dining rooms were knocked into one by the previous owner.

Whilst maybe not in keeping with the character of the house, it did create an impressive living space, so I decided to keep it as that...
   
fireplace during Foor joists repaired, a lintel for the fire place opening and insulation going in...

dining room during Woodworm and rot meant the dining room end of the room needed some attention...

Despite having to use modern materials, I felt it was important to have a well insulated property.

dining room finished Reclaimed floor boards, all from the house, were de-nailed, planed and sanded prior to being laid. Once down they were sanded again, treated against woodworm and varnished.
